This meetup will be held on the new IxDF for Game Designers Discord Channel and I invite you all to the inaugural meetup on Saturday Dec 14th 9PM EST which is Sunday Dec 15th 9AM Hong Kong time.

Hey Everyone. This is for all game designers out there, and as I don't really believe that geo-segmented meetups have as much value in a global world, I've setup the Global Discord channel specific to Game Design and UX / UI. I'll be posting meetups in various cities around the world so that we can hopefully generate a broad global discussion around UX and Game Design. This will allow everyone involved to broaden their networks, and connect with whats going on everywhere.

If anyone is as excited as I am about this, I encourage you to connect with me.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
