Meet-Up Details

Customer Experience is proven to be essential for all businesses in all industries. It combines customer’s perceptions, emotions and behaviors with the impact of the interactions with a company. October the 3rd marks this year's CX Day, which is a global celebration of the companies and professionals that create great experiences for their customers.

On the 3rd of October we will be hosting a CX Day event to introduce Customer Experiences in general and it would be followed by subsequent meetups to bridge between UX and its impact on the overall CX for brands as well as public sector organizations.
