Meet-Up Details

Hi Berlin-based IxDF folks!

What about meeting over a coffee (or a beer) to get to know each other and to talk about how we could help each other with our projects?

From my experience so far, design thinking works best when used by a colorful team from diverse professional areas. So I guess here is a chance for a meaningful meetup with quite some potential for all of us.

I've set this coffee shop close to where I live, but we can easily move to wherever you believe is the best place. Also, we can set a date/time that fits your schedule.

Hi and sorry for the late reply.

Since this is the first time I set up a meetup here and since I did not reserve any space at the coffee shop, I'd prefer to keep it small, with just a couple of newbie design thinking students getting to know each other...

What do you think?

Hi Ben, I was not in Berlin this time but I'd like to join next time. Let's set another date? let's say in 2 weeks or so?

Unless we aim to organize a proper meetup with a schedule, a venue and sone speakers I'd suggest to meet in some public space and than move somewhere to have a beer (or whatever), something easy to plan, in the end we just wish to talk a bit.

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
