***UPDATE: Hello everyone - I am excited to meet you and learn about your career aspirations and portfolio projects. The space I selected is a new bookstore cafe with a community space (and even. free podcast studio): P&T Bookstore and Podcasts, 180 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002.

The bookstore opens at 10:00 a.m. so I will be outside 5-minutes before they open. The time for the event is 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 am., NYC time. I note that this platform sometimes is a bit confusing with time zones.

Hello -Yes, it is in the morning - from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30. I sorry if this was not clear. I have 10:00 a.m. NYC time selected on this platform, but I note that it also says UTC time - so it’s a little confusing.

Hello - Yes that is the address. The main cross road is Houston. It’s a great new bookstore/cafe. I though that we could grab a cup of coffee and meet in the mini theatre area. It’s a community space.

Hello - I hope that you can make it. :). I was thinking that tomorrow could be a meet and greet and discussion about portfolios. My hope is to get a great circle of supportive UX/UI people for ongoing discussions about career and projects.

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.
