Hi Berlin 👋,

Let’s embrace the Berliner autumn, and meet over hot teas and coffees! It’s going to be an informal, cozy meet-up with fellow designers. We can share our professional experiences, discuss UX problems we‘re facing now, or just chat about anything else and get to know each other.

Feel free to pass an invite to your UX friends who aren’t IDF members, too!

Hi Philipp! Happy to hear you’ll be there! I’m not gonna lie, the community’s response is way bigger than I expected, and my initial venue might be too small in case everyone shows up :) Any cozy alternatives welcome!

Yeah, I was surprised about the number as well. There is this nice café named “Café Bilderbuch” in Akazienstr. 28, Schöneberg, which has a huge backroom with couches and big tables. We could reserve a few of those if that’s possible there, I’m gonna ask.

This café has been my reference for a perfect place since the beginning! The problem is it’s quite remote, so I’ve been looking for more central locations.
I think I’ll keep the original place for now (I’ll post it later today/tomorrow), but please don’t hesitate to suggest alternatives. We might need them either this time or the next time we meet :)

Great Initiative!! Unfortunately I won't be able to join because of time-distance problems. If you ever consider South-West of Berlin, like Café Bilderbuch for the next meeting, I'd be happy to join and to help organise :)

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
