Meet-Up Discussion

Hi all! Please use this discussion thread to discuss Coffee Meet Up held on Mar 11, 2019. Feel free to ask questions about the place, date and time, agenda of the meeting, or anything else.

Does anybody have any recommendations on where this group could meet?

Hello everyone, would be lovely to meet to you all in person. Is anybody interested in meeting up on March 12, 2019 at 6pm at Barcomis Cafe on Gneisenaustraße? This is the link to the cafe - https://www.barcomis.de/barcomis-berlin. If anybody has any other recommendations, please do suggest!

Look forward to some confirmations. Only if we have more than 2 people confirmed, I am happy to book a table for us. Have a lovely week ahead!

Sorry Archana, did not see your last post. Would love to join you, unfortunately I can‘t on the 12th. What about the 11th or 14th of march?

Greetings

Whould some place in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg be ok?

Hello Hannes - No worries at all. Sure, we could do March 14th. Do you have a place in mind in either of the areas?

Cool! We could meet at the cafe you already suggested in your earlier post, I think I should make it there at 6pm.

Hello Hannes, Sorry for the change, my husband needs to attend an event on the 14th as well and I might have to stay back to take care of our toddler. Could we do 11th instead at 7pm at Barcomis Cafe? Let me know if that works. Or else we could try the following week?

Hey Archana, no worries at all. I planned something else now for tomorrow, should we just try to meet up next week, maybe on the 18h?

Hey Hannes, sure, that sounds fine as well. We could do March 18th at 7pm at Barcomis Cafe on Gneisenaustraße. Let's re-connect closer to the date. See you then. Archana

Sounds good

Hi Hannes, could you share your email ID so we can better co-ordinate? You can send it to me on my ID - archana.devar@gmail.com

Meet-up attendees

Members can show their interest to attend a meet-up by clicking “Attend this meet-up” button. In addition, since Local Groups events are open to all, non-members can also attend these meet-ups.

Members might be bringing their non-member friends to a Local Group meet-up (and you’re welcome to do the same), but their non-member friends will not be shown as “attending” because this feature is only available to members.

P.S.: Note that the number of attendees is not an indication of its value! Small meet-ups work perfectly, and can facilitate deeper, more fruitful conversations.
