Sobre la charla

En los últimos años el diseño de experiencia y servicios ha empezado a utilizar conceptos inspirados en psicología y economía conductual para incentivar o limitar comportamientos en los usuarios. Les presentaré algunas metodologías que he usado y como aplicarlas en el proceso de diseño en campos como salud y sostenibilidad.
