We are primarily a remote company with around 50 employees, spread across 30 countries, with the Leadership team and founders based out of Dubai. We are growing fast and set on course to grow even faster. But something’s missing and we think it could be you.
What you will be doing
Reporting into the Director of Marketing the Business Analyst will focus on:
Building actionable insights from data.
Creating the systems and dashboards to bring these actionable insights to life.
Perform deep dive analysis across all stages of the customer funnel and lifecycle.
Analyze audience and membership data from systems such as GA, Nova, SQL.
Work collaboratively with all areas of the business and support them in putting the right measures in place.
Deliver insight and answer the key questions required by the relevant stakeholders.
Create and own the customer segmentation model and CLV models within the business. Help with developing measurement frameworks across teams so that measurement is consistent throughout the business.
Track targets and update the dashboards accordingly.
Support in setting up and implementing the test and learn process across the relevant teams.
Owner of measurement and attribution within the marketing team.
Building dashboards and reports that support both the team and the wider organization.
The owner of all analytical tools and processes within the organization.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in business and marketing analysis and delivering insight to business.
3+ years related experience in Business Analytics.
Experience in building audience data reports, customer segmentation, business reporting, marketing attribution and customer lifetime models.
A proven track record of successfully supporting teams and decision makers within organizations. Giving them the visibility required to make data lead decisions.
A solid education, background, and experience in marketing preferably within a digital environment.
A thought leader in the world of analytics always striving to find better ways to use data to inform and shape strategy.
Experienced in MySQL, GA and must be comfortable writing and using queries to deliver insights.
Experience in Power BI and Tableau an advantage.
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
A highly collaborative, flexible and adaptable style, with strong diplomatic and influencing skills.
Professional and proactive work ethic who thrives in fast paced digital environments.
