What are Customer Lifecycle Maps?

A customer lifecycle map is a high-level tool for marketers and UX designers which guides you through the stages of a customer engaging with and ultimately leaving the product, brand or business. It is not a replacement for customer journey mapping but rather a complementary tool which provides a quick reference to help team members identify where a group of customers are in terms of their current relationship with the business.
