The Nordic Conference on Service Design and Service Innovation, ServDes, is the premier research conference for exchanging knowledge within service design and service innovation. It was held for the first time in Oslo, November 2009, hosted by the The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. From the 2010 event and on it is a bi-annual event in the Nordic countries to bring researchers and practitioners together to discuss, share and evolve the emerging discipline of service design, and design-related service innovation
