As one of the 2019 CXPA Impact Award Winners, I continue to work in and study Customer Experience Management, Human-Centred Design and Project Management, I bridge the gap between organisational strategy, its implementation and evolution. A strategy is important, but implementation is everything! Customers, organisations and employees can thrive together when these disciplines align.
In 2020, I was a judge on 2020 CXPA Impact Awards and the International CX Awards.
