Event Description

Service Design 2019 addresses the holistic nature of Service Design and incorporates of key principals including collaboration across teams & customers, a focus on backstage players and processes, as well as the customer obsessed nature. This year we not only explore deeper clarity of the definition of Service Design, but take a step back and evaluate the journey from Vision to Transformation as organizations mature to human-centered design. From first hearing about this “HCD thing”, to garnering buy-in and quick wins, to getting C-Suite support, redesigning service & infrastructure, and finally to design transformation designing for future customer behavior and sustainability. We are excited to illuminate this journey through exciting formats including:
