Will play it by ear this afternoon and if enough say they are going, then I'll make the trip up to the city. As many on this list might not be viewing IxDF emails outside of work times, I'd be surprised if tonight happens.

I agree there was a poor organization /communication for this event. I'm happy to catch up next weekend.

Hey David, no shouldn't be the normal process. The organiser should specify the date and time when creating the meeting invite.

I believe you get IxDF recognition credits for organising events, I hope that isn't the only reason this meet up was created without confirming details.

I’m flexible but a little concerned the place and time is not yet set. Is this the normal process?
