emotions are processed.
And if that part of the brain has damage,
people can't decide at all.
It's the ventro-medial pre-frontal cortex (vmPFC).
And sometimes this part of the brain is not working
because of perhaps disease or injury.
And when that happens, people don't feel emotions; they just don't feel anything emotionally.
And interestingly, when that happens, they also can't make any decisions,
