What can we offer?
A full-time position, working remotely with the world’s biggest online design school. If you live in Dubai, you’ll also enjoy weekly in-person time with the Chief People Officer, whom this role reports to.
If you live elsewhere, you’ll fly into Dubai for facetime through scheduled team trips 1–2 times a year and have regular video-based contact with your colleagues.

What will you be doing?
Be responsible for leading the full 360’ recruitment process for the IxDF across all our departments. This includes leading our sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world with a key focus on technology and multimedia talent.
Partner with the key stakeholders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes and metrics whilst developing innovative ways to meet the IxDF’s evolving recruitment needs.
Proactively build our employer brand and candidate experience serving as an ambassador of the IxDF internally and externally whilst achieving tactical talent acquisition objectives.
Follow established and best practice recruitment processes, as well as seek continuous improvements.
Drive talent acquisition strategy for internal customer groups; execute and help develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy that meets the needs of the business.
Report on recruitment activity to find new ways to improve the process and be able to tell a story through the data insights.
Meet with hiring managers to review candidate status and to discuss new requirements.
Regularly communicate with all stakeholders on timeline expectations and status of the search.
Deliver complex and critical hires for the organization.
Design and deliver innovative sourcing solutions and generate diverse talent pools.
Own the candidate experience and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond.

Collaborate with outside agencies, manage job boards and other recruitment platforms to achieve maximum cost-effectiveness and quality in the production of externally sourced candidates.
Manage the day-to-day operations of recruitment and selection – measuring performance through agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) maximizing efficiency and overall effectiveness of services.
Develop and deliver training programs as required to increase organizational capability in using a competency-based selection approach.
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the 360’ recruitment process with a strong background in creative candidate sourcing.
You are a hunter with a proven track record of finding exceptional tech (developer) and multimedia talent, and are comfortable recruiting at various levels within the organization.
You have a global mindset and experience recruiting talent from around the world.
You’ve worked on developing an employer brand in your previous roles, and you are eager to take ownership of enhancing the employer brand at the IxDF, ensuring alignment with our company culture and mission.
You’ve previously worked with LinkedIn recruiter to deliver results through proactive candidate outreach.
You’re a collaborative professional with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
You have experience using and optimizing ATS systems.
You have experience working remotely and know the pros and cons firsthand.
You’re highly motivated to produce and deliver creative, exciting and impactful results.
You have a hands-on attitude and a bias towards action as opposed to over-planning.
You can find alternative solutions to solve problems where guidelines do not exist.
You are happy leading projects yourself with support and guidance from the CPO, and you are able to work with minimal guidance and supervision.
You can solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
You love to work in a structured and organized fashion and appreciate that an all-remote workplace makes this even more important.
You know how to work with people from many cultures and are comfortable with a diverse workforce.
You don’t shy away from interpersonal discomfort and difficult conversations if they are in the interest of the organization. For example, you openly address and proactively raise issues and concerns with a solutions-focused mindset.
