Uchenna Cyril Eze is a senior lecturer at Multimedia University, Malaysia and Chair of Centre for e-Services Entrepreneurship and Marketing (CESEM). He holds a Ph.D. in e-commerce strategic value from NTU, Singapore. He is in extensive collaboration with researchers in Malaysia, Nigeria, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and USA. He has published over 80 peer-reviewed papers in international journals and conferences including AMCIS, ACIS, JGITM, IJEBR, IMDS, IJEB, and AJIS. He serves on the board of international reviewers of several journals and has served as a chair of several international and regional conferences. His research interests include knowledge management, Strategic value of IS, e-business, and industry competitiveness and place-specific assets. His current researches include ISP’s service quality, mobile and location-based businesses.
