As the Managing Partner at Ardelius, Tedde infuses the firm, its services and methodology with his strong believe that usability and experience creation must go beyond product interfaces and content and become deeply rooted in an organization’s business processes, development activities, people, services, and products. Tedde has more than 16 years of experience in usability management, User Centered Design (UCD), experience strategy and experience design in both public and private sectors. He specializes in the experience management of software apps and hardware products and online products and services. Prior to founding Ardelius, Tedde became President of Akendi Experience Design, was a founding partner of Maskery & Associates, design manager at Nortel, manager at KPMG Management Consulting, and human factors specialist at Philips Research and Philips Design. He holds an M.A. in Cognitive Ergonomics from the Radboud University of Nijmegen in the Netherlands.
