Having enjoyed a successful carrer with National Westminster Bank latterly as programme director of the eCommerce team Steve has spent considerable time and effort building and sharing his knowledge of Programme, Projects, Change and Culture mangement and direction. In between extensive engagements with Shell International and Transport for London he has found time to build his own company - Caitwell Consulting - to provide tailored service, including advice, implementation, programme office creation and procedures as well as detailed cultural and change programmes for organisations undergoing or about to undergo major change programmes. He has extensive first hand experience and knowledge of both the public and private arena's and is equally at home working for commerce of government sponsor.
