Shawn Elson has a Masters in Information Design and Technology and has been researching, designing, and testing user interfaces for over 12 years. He has created and usability tested designs for Microsoft, Netscape, VeriSign, Trend Micro, eBay, Motorola, Docomo, and HP. He has worked on a wide range of consumer and enterprise software products and Web sites. He has been the principal of Elson User Experience since 2002.
