Sara is a Ph.D. student in Informatics at the Göteborg University and conducts her research at Future Applications Lab. She has developed the design method Transfer Scenarios, describing how engaging practices can inspire design and generate novel applications and interaction ideas for digital artifacts. Sara has experience in working with various mobile and ubiquitous computing technologies, and more recently also agent technology including robots. She has been active in the EU-project ECAgents (FP6, about embodied communicating agents) and in the swedish research collaborative project called Mobile Life. Sara has published her work at conferences such as the ACM CHI (Computer Human Interaction), IEEE RO-MAN (International Symposium on Robot and Human Interactive Communication) , ACM DUX (Designing for User Experience), and at the Personal and Ubiguitous Computing Journal.
