Ronald S. Lemos

Dr. Ronald S. Lemos is currently Professor of Information Systems in the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Los Angeles.

Previous to his current position, Dr. Lemos served as the Dean of the School of Business and Economics. Prior to coming to Cal State L.A., Dr. Lemos served as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for the 22 campus California State University system. His areas of responsibility included academic policy and planning, accreditation, teacher education, general education, graduate education, new degree programs, international education, and arts programs.

Dr. Lemos previously held positions as Dean of the School of Management at California State University, Dominguez Hills and Acting Dean and Associate Dean at California State University, Los Angeles.

In addition to his current faculty appointment as Professor of Information Systems, Dr. Lemos has held faculty positions at California State University, Dominguez Hills, San Francisco State University, and Los Angeles Harbor College.

Dr. Lemos received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the UCLA Graduate School of Management, where he also earned his M.B.A. He received his B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles and his A.A. from East Los Angeles College.

Dr. Lemos has presented papers and published articles in professional and academic journals on a wide range of topics including: computing, management, teacher education, and diversity in education
