Roik L. Hockenberger

Mr. Hockenberger has conducted researh and development in areas ranging from aviation simulation and training to crewstation workload in next generation fighter aircraft using various forms of cockpit automation. He has been at the forefront in the development of intelligent transportation solutions in the US. He has lead design teams in developing user system interfaces for expert system planning systems in work conducted for DARPA. He has authored or co-authored numerous publications and technical reports in the field of applied engineering psychology. He holds an MSc degree in engineering psychology from the University of Illinois -- Aviation Research Institute, and a BA in psychology from the University of Texas.
