H. Javahery
Homa Javahery is a researcher and project manager with the Human-Centered Software Engineering Group, including the Usability and Empirical Studies Lab, in the department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Concordia University. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (Human-Computer Interaction) from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University. She is combining different design approaches from human sciences and engineering disciplines to develop novel design frameworks which effectively address the user's needs and experiences. She has managed a number of large-scale usability studies and participated in collaborative projects at the INRIA Research Institute in France and the Daimler-Chrysler Research Institute in Germany. Her main areas of expertise are biomedical applications and multiple user interfaces.
