This paper will provide the necessary background information to enable a group to set up a task analysis to make available the information to analyze the training requirements for mechanical maintenance personnel. Determining training requirements for different job positions within an industry that has maintenance personnel is a situation tackled by training departments on a daily basis. The bottom line is efficient and cost effective learning.”
