Bengt Göransson is a senior usability expert, Usability Designer, at the IT-consultancy GuideRedina in Sweden. He is the manager of the companies' usability group and the leading architect behind their UCSD profile. He has a Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction from Uppsala University, Sweden.
