Beatriz Russo is a design researcher at Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. Currently, she has been carrying out a PhD user-centered research on love for products. This research focus on establishing a framework for those (e.g. designers, marketing professionals, design students) who wishes to forge emotionally rewarding,long-term, and sustainable relationships between people and products.
