Anu Kankainen is psychologist who has 13 years of experience in working together with engineers, designers and marketing people in several international and national user experience projects. She did her doctoral thesis on user-centred product concept design of mobile products at Helsinki University of Technology. Currently, Anu works as Managing Consultant at Idean (www.idean.com) in Espoo, Finland. Besides mobile technologies Anu has worked among WWW, cross media, hybrid media, and home media technologies.
