The 2008 International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology (ICCSIT 2008) has been held successful in Singapore in August 2008. Distinguished keynote speakers include Meritorious Prof. Dr. S. M. Aqil Burney from University of Karachi Dean Prof. Dr. V. Saravanan from Karunya University and Dr. Li Wenzheng, Dean Professor from Beijing Technology and Business University, HOD. Prof. Dr. S.R. Bhadra Chaudhuri from Bengal Engineering & Science University and Eng. Saleemullah Sohoo. It was attended by over 80 delegates from around the world. The ICCSIT 2008 proceedings are then compiled, cataloged and published by IEEE Computer Society, and it has been included into IEEE Computer Society Digital library (CSDL), IEEE Xplore, INSPEC and Thomson ISI Proceeding and Ei Compendex up to now.
On the successful basis of ICCSIT 2008, the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology 2009 (ICCSIT 2009) will be held in Beijing China from August 8 - 11, 2009. ICCSIT 2009 is sponsored by IACSIT, IEEE China Council, IEEE Beijing Section and Beijing Technology and Business University, and co-organized by Huazhong University, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, Sichuan Computer Federation, Cagayan State University and University of Karachi.
The conference is an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of Computer Science and Information Technology. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. We warmly welcome previous and prospected authors submit your new research papers to ICCSIT 2009, and share the valuable experiences with the scientist and scholars around the world.
All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Whenever we capture the complexity of the real world in formal structures, whether language, social structures, or computer systems, we are creating discrete tokens for continuous and fluid phenomena. In so doing, we are bound to have difficulty. However, it is only in doing these things that we can come to understand, to have valid discourse, and to design.
