IUI is the annual meeting of the intelligent interfaces community and serves as the principal international forum for reporting outstanding research and development on intelligent user interfaces.
Intelligent User Interfaces (IUI) is the premier international conference for bringing together researchers from academia, nonprofit organizations, industry and practitioners of the trade, who are working on Novel Interaction and Intelligent Interfaces, including related empirical studies and technologies. IUI 2012 will be held in Lisbon, Portugal, February 14-17 2012. We invite original long (10 page) and short paper (6 page) submissions that describe novel user interfaces, applications, interactive and intelligent technologies, empirical studies, and design techniques for a October 21st, 2011 deadline. Accepted papers in the IUI Conference Proceedings to be published in ACM's Digital Library. IUI especially encourages submissions on innovative and visionary new concepts or directions for interface design.
