CALL FOR PAPERS

IHC turns 15! For the past fifteen years, since IHC 98, the Brazilian HCI Community has grown and evolved throughout the country. To further advance our mission to nurture our community, we are now bringing IHC to the North, in the Amazon state. This year, the XII Brazilian Symposium on Human Factors in Computing Systems (IHC 2013) will be held on October 8-11, in Manaus, AM, Brazil.

We invite researchers and practitioners to reflect on the evolution of HCI knowledge in the country and to continue moving forward. IHC 2013 welcomes submissions in all topics of HCI, including:

We expect submissions in English or Portuguese in the following categories:

Design Competition (New category: we will not have evaluation competition this year)
