On the successful basis of ICCSIT 2009, 2010 the 3rd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology (IEEE ICCSIT 2010) will be held in Chengdu, China during July 9 - 11, 2010. ICCSIT 2010 is sponsored by IACSIT, IEEE China Council, IEEE Beijing Section and Sichuan Computer Federation, and co-organized by Chinese Institute of Electronics, Peking University, Sichuan Institute of Electronics, Journal of Electronics Science and Technology (JEST), University of Electronics Science and Technology, Northwestern University, and Huazhong Normal University.
All full paper submissions will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, and will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISI Proceeding.
